Q: Do I need a PayPal account to be able to order?
A: No you DO NOT need a PayPal account to order. XA Boardshop uses PayPal to process all of our payments because it is the most secure form of payment online. PayPal is only our secure payment gateway and you can use a credit card without having a paypal account. If you do have a PayPal account you are welcome to use it as well. The great thing about PayPal as our payment gateway is that it allows many types of payment options. For more information visit www.paypal.com.
Q: I live outside of Canada and the USA, can I still order from XA?
A: Yes you can, simply email us at email@example.com and let us know what you are thinking about ordering as well as the country you live in and we will email you back with the shipping options available and the cost of each option.
Q: Do I need to sign up for an account to be able to order?
A: No you do not need to sign up for an account to be able to order. You can simply use the guest checkout process instead. Although this option is available, we do encourage you to sign up for an account for the benefits that it gives you. As an account holder you are able to get updates on product, sales and special discounts as well as participate in contests. In addition to this you can track your order, view your order history and re-use address information for orders by logging in anytime 24/7. Being a member of XA also allows you to take advantage of new functionality and updates built into the Online Store once they become available.
Q: How do I know when my order is processed and will I be able to track it?
A: Once you place an order through the XA Online Store an order confirmation email is sent to you, this confirms that we have received your order. Once the order is processed you will receive another email and finally an email is sent to you once the order is shipped along with your tracking number. This way we keep you informed on your order. Also if you have signed up for an account with XA you can log in at anytime to check your order status and tracking information.
