Xtreme Adrenaline has a no hassle return policy and we do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Seems like the world today has forgotten what great customer service is all about. Well we are out to change that and offer our customers the best customer service out there. We will gladly offer you a refund or an exchange on any item purchased from the Xtreme Adrenaline, just check out the few conditions that apply below.
- Returned items must be in original condition with tags and unused. Products without original tags and/or used product will not be accepted by our returns department.
- Unused products purchased at REGULAR PRICE may be returned within 30 DAYS of reception. Products bought on sale have a FINAL SALE status and may NOT BE RETURNED.
- Items for return need to be shipped back to Xtreme Adrenaline prepaid within 30 days of the original purchase date. The original receipt will need to be sent as well.
- All returns require an RA (order return number). Please E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request. Xtreme Adrenaline will then issue you an order return number. Simply put the order return number on the package you are returning. We cannot accept your return without an order return number. As well, we cannot accept product that is missing tags or is used in anyway.
- Your return number is valid for a period of 10 business days, after this period, no exchange or refund will be possible.
- All returns must be sent Canada Post or USPS (United States postal Service) for USA customers.
- Sorry, we cannot refund shipping costs.

For exchanges we ask that you simply return the product following the Return procedures and place a new order for the product that you want instead. This allows us to keep track of your orders easier as well as this ensures that a product does not go out of stock while we are waiting for your original purchase to come back. Please note that SALE PRICED items are not valid for exchange as they are FINAL SALE.
At Xtreme Adrenaline we stand 100% behind every product we sell. We will replace a damaged product that is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
All of our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranties. In general, snowboard equipment is covered against manufacturer's defects or defects caused by normal use from the time of purchase for a period of one, two and three years depending on the manufacturer. Normal wear and tear or products that have been abused are not covered under warranty. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranties.
