Fastest Delivery
At Xtreme Adrenaline we try to provide fastest delivery possible by shipping within 1-2 days of your order. Orders are shipped by ground delivery service from our warehouse in Canada. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by phone or email.
Free Shipping
Xtreme Adrenaline offers free ground shipping on all orders over $100.00. Tax and shipping do not count toward the total needed to qualify for free shipping. If for some reason a product that you have ordered is not available and this brings your order total below $100.00, you will still receive free shipping. Free shipping is only available to shipments to Canadian & U.S. addresses, excluding hawaii.

International Orders & Hawaii
Items shipped outside North America or to Hawaii require a quote from our shipping department. If you are ordering from outside North America, please contact us for a shipping quote at info@xtreme-adrenaline.com.
International Customs/Brokerage Charges
All shipments leave from the Xtreme Adrenaline warehouse in Canada. Shipments outside Canada to international addresses may be subject to Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered depending on the destination country. These costs if incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused Shipments
All shipments refused by the customer for delivery will be charged a 40% restocking charge. This is to cover shipping paid by Xtreme Adrenaline for orders over $100.00 as well as administrative costs.
Super Crazy Fast Delivery
If you need it Now! You can request Xtreme Adrenaline’s ‘Super Crazy Fast Delivery’. This option does come at an additional cost. If you select this shipping option, the Free Shipping option does not apply.
Damage During Shipping
Please contact Xtreme Adrenaline immediately if your package was damaged during shipping. Please keep all materials used for packing.
